Obstetric Medico-legal Work

Dr Lam uses her extensive expertise and experience working as an Obstetric Consultant to undertake medico-legal work and has gained a Distinction in the Open University Diploma in Clinical Risk and Claims Management. She writes medico-legal reports and attends court to provide testimony as an expert witness for clinical negligence, family law and personal injury cases, instructed by both claimants and defendants. Since 2018, she has been involved in over 100 cases.
